Samra Thompson,
Sam to her friends, works as a graphic designer and in
her off time likes to experiment with lots of different
art forms. She has done linocut printing, paper arts,
painting, digital photography and mixed media projects.
She has been focusing on mosaic art since 1999. In
addition to art, Sam also likes to grow flowers and
plants in her yard, refinish furniture, and she collects
tile and glass for future projects. Sam loves animals
and fish, and has provided a sanctuary for the local
toad population which is why she calls the home she
shares with her husband "The Thompson Toad
Ranch."
