Killeen Civic Art Guild - Miguel Costa commisioned painting for Stacy as a tribute to her father - Photographer - Samra Thompson -

Miguel was commissioned by Stacy to make a tribute to her father, who passed away a few years ago. He loved the ocean and sailing, so Miguel came up with this pirate ship theme. Stacy's father's face is in the clouds on the upper right, his reflection on the lower right. The left of the canvas is very stormy, hence the name "Out of the Storm". The unveiling of the piece was very emotional for Stacy. Miguel was a big hit!
