I began sculpting, airbrushing, painting and drawing in high
school art class, and soon found customers for my work. I also
started doing wood working and carving around the same time.
After high school I worked as a house painter, body and fender
man, airbrush artist and as an apprentice in a sign shop. |

| The
army brought me to Texas from Pennsylvania in 1978. Then in 1981
I became a sign painter at Fort Hood, and eventually got married
and started a small business. Sign painting has allowed me to
pay the bills while utilizing many of the skills I have learned
over the years. |

In addition to those mentioned above, I also do
acrylic and oil painting, glass etched art, gilding, silk screen
printing, pyrography logo design and will try almost anything I
can see or read about. Mom always said "whatever you do, do
your very best." |
