Joan likes Junk. She uses various types of found objects
ranging from old jewelry to little toys and buttons to anything
interesting she can add to her collage art. She is a native born
Killeenite and belongs to various city board commissions, Keep
Killeen Beautiful, KPD Leaf, Senior advisory Board and she is
employed by Medical Arts. Joan is creative and likes all forms
and styles of art.

Recycled art came to Joan Kelley as part
of her association with recycling programs that she work
with and as board of director for Keep Killeen Beautiful
and the State of Texas Recycle Alliance. She is also
