Peter
Camonier began pursuing a career in art after leaving Los Angeles, CA,
where he had a successful business in Leather Tailoring and Design.
Receiving screen credit for costume design, Peter contracted with
Universal and independent production companies in the film industries.

Though
primarily self-taught, Peter Camonier has attended the Milwaukee
Institute of Art and Design (MIAD). Working in a variety of mediums, the
main focus of Peter's work is in acrylic and pastels. He is a member of
the Killeen Civic Art Guild and The Central Texas Pastel Society, and
has won numerous awards for his portraits and stills. He had
participated in art fairs, shown in galleries and corporate offices
throughout the United States. Born in Gouda, Holland, Peter Camonier
currently resides in Temple, Texas. |
